Introduction:
This message came through during a recent live session. Jesus appeared, not just as a figure, but as Love itself made visible. His love was palpable and overwhelming. Though we came from different cities, countries, religions, and backgrounds—connected only by Zoom—he appeared before us with arms outstretched, holding us all in a single, open-hearted embrace. For him, there was no distance between us—only unity within him. What follows are the words he spoke and the vision he shared, a tender and powerful reminder that even amid uncertainty, we are always being held in Love.
With Love,
Theresa
Transmission:
Jesus spoke gently to our hearts:
In spite of all the work that you have done, you are still mere shadows of your true selves.
He didn’t deliver this as a criticism. Instead, he was saying that there is so much more to you than you realize. As the marriage of the divine and the human, you are so much deeper, grander, and more radiant. You are capable of even more love.
Take a moment to close your eyes and imagine yourself enveloped in his embrace.
He asks you now, as you sit in his embrace, to let go of your fears and your doubts—just for this moment. Don't think about the past or the future. Just for this very moment, let them go. Put them in his hands. Empty them out of you. Let them dissolve into his embrace, where they become innocuous, where they are dissolved.
You do that by saying, "I'm ready. I release to you all of my fears, all of my concerns, all of my doubts, because they no longer serve me and only act as counterweights to my enlightenment."
He’s showing me the word enlightenment, but broken down as en-lighten-ment—meaning that as you release your fears, you literally become lighter, both energetically and spiritually. That is the closest metaphor to understanding what it means to let go of your fears, concerns, and doubts. Holding onto them makes you heavier and prevents your enlightenment. Jesus says:
If you're thinking:
Maybe I need my fear.
Maybe I need my doubt.
Maybe they keep me safe or
keep me moving in the right direction,
—he answers,
Just trust me.
Just trust me, for this one moment,
and let it all go.
Your fears, your doubts, your concerns all stem from your need to control things—as if you actually know what needs to be controlled or what things should look like.
Letting go of fears and concerns requires letting go of the notion that you know what the world should look like, what your life should look like. Just for this moment, let it all go. Let go of your judgments and assessments. Let go of your need to know what the future should look like—as if a future designed by you would be the best future for all of creation.
How would you feel if you could just let all of that go and simply be fully present and accepting of what is—just for this moment? What does that feel like?
Jesus says,
I understands your concern about the unknown. I understand that in human form it's difficult to be at peace with the unknown. And so I offer you this exercise today to help you. Just for a moment, feel the freedom and the lightness that comes from letting go and trusting me.
Let go of questions like, How am I going to do this in the future? How am I going to trust him in the future?
He's asking you to do it just for this one moment.
With your hearts open, and having released and relinquished your need to control, you are asked to accept the love that is you—that Jesus is offering to you. When you accept it for yourself, you accept it on behalf of all others.
You might see yourself accepting this love and then projecting it outward into the world—to the people and places who need it most. That doesn't mean only those who are suffering, but also those who are causing the suffering.
Remember that all atrocities are committed by people with deeply broken hearts. And the only way to heal a broken heart is through an open heart.
You—the brave ones—are asked to keep your heart open, even in the face of so much suffering. That’s where you find your divinity—in the midst of your humanity.
And now, if you can envision what I'm seeing: each of you being filled with divine white light. I’ll call it the Light of Christ—because he is the one here guiding this session. I see divine white light coming down through the top of your head, through the center of your body, and then expanding outward and filling you with Christ Light—the radiant frequency of divine love and unity.
You can see and feel that you are not separate from God. You are not separate from Christ. You are not separate from your divinity.
These moments are meant to remind you of what is always true. You are seeing this now as a discrete event in time, but this is a timeless state of being for you.
May you always and forever remember your unity with Love.
Practice
Let these words stay with you. Come back to them as often as you need. This invitation—to trust, to release, and to remember who you truly are—is always available. You are already held. You are already loved.
Below I offer this message as a guided meditation in its original, unedited form. You will find long moments of silence woven between my descriptions of the revelation. During these quiet times, as well as when I am speaking, I am channeling Grace to you, so that you may receive deeply on levels beyond words.
As you listen, I invite you to close your eyes, breathe softly, relax your body, and open your heart to Love’s wisdom and to the sacred presence flowing through this transmission. May it help you to take yet another step on your (perhaps seemingly never-ending) path toward enlightenment.

"Letting go isn’t loss, it’s the soul’s exhale into the arms of Love." It's the universal truth
What I most connected with was;
"Atrocities are committed by broken hearts;
healing flows only through open ones."
This essay is a powerful message delivered with tenderness. Thank you for bridging the human and divine so tenderly...🙏🙏
